Welp, off to Haiti. This is my last post before I leave. I’m really looking forward to it. I’m not gonna bring anything back for you, so there. Except for you and you. and you know who you are.
Today, work went well. It was a bit spicey for others, but I worked by myself and finished BHall at beach. Got it all tested and ready to go. I replaced 3 cdroms, got a few floppies working, replaced a NIC and two sound cards. It was fun. I tried to get some network ports working, but they didn’t want to, and I had to force the IDL door open, so the lock isn’t very useful anymore, heh. who has keys to those cabinets anyway??
I put an “extended away message” on my phone, so if you call, it’ll play my message and then ask if you really want to leave a message. Go ahead, give it a shot. heh. Jeez, I hope i don’t get spam..
anyways, I, like ToD will be keeping a trip log on my palm, since I figured out how to write on it (Get ScreenWrite, a plugin for X-Master. it’s super cool). I’ll upload the log when I get back.
Post all your Haiti related messages here. I won’t expect much, but maybe you can conjecture on whether or not I am fleeing the SPA, getting killed, or getting sick or something. Voodoo? doubt it.
