December lightning!

Totally am watching the lightning and enjoying the thunder this rainy late-December morning. Nothing like 50-degree temps and a downpour to clear out the snow that’s been clogging the driveway and street. Who needs a snow blower anyway?!

The backyard is going to flood, I can already see the snow near the back fence looks saturated. Down the stream a few houses down, I can see most of their backyard is saturated and the drain that comes from the street looks pretty wet too. But that’s to be expected, it floods every time we get a lot of rain.

Supposedly there’s the postponed Christmas Eve party today with ashley’s dad’s side. We’ll see if that happens. Otherwise it’ll just be a regular Saturday.
